Hurricane Dodgin'

What an interesting run of weather and surf it's been lately here on the windward side of Oahu! We've been narrowly dodging what seemed to be an endless run of hurricanes passing near the island chain that were close enough to keep people ready and watchful for the worst, yet far enough away to keep the weather good while the waves pumping.

I wasn't able to get in the water for all of it, but I did get to experience some of the power. I also got the chance to witness some pretty incredible power from land thanks to the front-row seating Laie Point offers to view the action!
