The purpose of SaltyCures is to increase 'FITNESS' in the world.

My definition of fitness is a bit different and more all-encompassing than most.

In my view, fitness encompasses not only ones physical health, but emotional and spiritual health as well!

The aim of SaltyCures is to increase true fitness by helping people live more healthy, productive and happy lives overall.

We do this primarily through two vehicles, with the beauty of Hawaii as the setting:

• Providing real, practical, down-to-earth, and actionable health and fitness information and services, at very reasonable costs (and in many cases, FREE!)
• Lifting people's spirits daily by sharing the beauty of creation here in beautiful Hawaii through photography and video related projects, products and services.
